Q.
If a renter cancels a booking do you still charge me commission on the full booking value ?
A.

Yes. Remember you will recieve at least the deposit and if the renter has paid the balance we will automatically return the balance less your cancellation charges as calculated by the settings you input thus saving you time and effort. We will also have incurred costs getting the booking in the first place and in processing the transactions involved. You also still have the property available to book again

If I cancel a booking that you generated for me do you charge me commission on the full amount of the booking?
A.
Yes plus we also charge a cancellation fee of £150. This is deducted from any payments we have collected for you.

how do I add a rental agreement with the renter?
A.
Your terms and conditions are created as we set up property on the website. Your contract is built up from our template that we provide for you and your customer. This contract is available for your customer to view in their renters area and must be agreed to by them in order to pay for the booking. We will provide you a copy of this once your property is active on the website.

Where do I see the contract between me and yourselves?

The contract is the 'terms and conditions' agreed to when completing the online Registration Form
