Inspection teams
You will be assigned your own English speaking individual inspection person. They will look after you from the time you arrive until your return to the airport for your flight home. In the majority of these trips our clients have usually found their dream property in the first two or so days 

Before you travel
We will agree with you an itinerary detailing where you will be going and what you will seeing for each day of your trip. We are happy to include visits to schools, medical facilities, or other areas of interest as you require, leaving you free in the evenings to enjoy the local lifestyle! We appreciate that buying a home abroad is not simply about finding a property, but a life style too.

Booking an inspection  trip
Each trip is tailored to individual needs based on the information you provide us. Our friendly staff will assist you with all your requirements.

We will be here to give you a helping hand through every step of your purchase and answer any questions you may have.

However you will find no pressure from us or our representatives, we give all clients a complete and personal service to find the property that matches your requirements and are willing to advise you on all positive and negative aspects of every property. We do not see it appropriate to pressure you into buying a property that you are not completely satisfied with.

*Inspection Trip Terms & Conditions

• You must be financially in a position to proceed with the purchase
• You must book and pay for your flight (we will refund/subsidise your flight upon purchase.) You will need to supply your flight confirmation receipts
• The decision maker must be on the trip
• Refunded/subsidised Inspection Trip to Costa Rica available for no more than 1 person
• Accommodation in minimum 3* hotel is booked by ourselves
• Usual Inspection Trip itinerary applies
• Concession applies to one trip only
