For the beginning of a new and happy part of your life, we offer a choice among 44 homes on lots that vary from 167 to 260 m², with areas of construction between 143 and 165 m².
The buildings are detached townhomes with separate walls, consisting of two stories, with surrounding green areas and a design that blends together the elegance, comfort and quality of the work and its finishes. In order to guarantee harmony, the houses share the style of their facades, but in the interior we offer the possibility of applying your own personal touch. On the first floor are the living room, dinning room and kitchen, with floors of granite and tile, all laid out in such a way so as to permit the integral use of the four areas and the rear yard.
The houses also include a private Jacuzzi, parking for two vehicles, hot water, a full bathroom for visitors' use and cabling installed for cable TV, telephone and Internet. Ample windows allow the enjoyment of natural illumination and ventilation. There are three room layouts for you to choose among, Villa Colibrí, Villa Tucán and Villa Lapa.
